As a follow up to my recent post on Internet Dating I have asked Gil Avenaim from www.fastmatch.com.au and www.businessandlifecoaching.com.au to do a guest post for us so we can get another take on the world of dating today. Gil is a Life/Business Coach, and he offers you direction and guidance in all areas of your personal and business life through his coaching.
Before you can consider Date Coaching, you need to ask yourself a few simple questions…
♥ Do you feel that dating really sucks thesedays?
♥ Would you like to enjoy dating again?
♥ Does your confidence need a boost?
♥ Are you unsure of what you are looking for?
♥ Are you always attracted to the same type of people and then find that don’t end up suiting you?
♥ Would you like to understand more about yourself?
I’m guessing if you are still reading this blog, then you’ve answered YES to every question.
Date or relationship coaching focuses around you achieving social success and happy relationships. It may be around the confidence you have on dates, the ability to choose an appropriate partner, the opportunities you have to meet new people, the way in which you behave in a relationship (patterns that usually emerge), how you progress in trust and intimacy during the early stages, how you plan for and behave on dates – anything really that will improve your chances of achieving your ultimate dating and relationship experience!
Date Coaching Process
Pre-date coaching power session- Amazing ½ hour focused on getting you prepared for a date. This can be centered on confidence, the right attitude, knowing what you are looking for, body language, presentation and communication.
Date Coaching Series – 6 x ½ hour sessions focused on getting you on track to develop the perfect relationship. It is summarized with the focus on YOU, WHO and HOW?
♥ YOU: The first sessions are all about you! Who are you, what are your values, interests and goals and what makes you happy?
♥ WHO: We then move to the middle of the series – Who are you looking for? What has stopped you finding the right person? What traits are important? How do you access a date in the early stages of dating?
♥ HOW: Finally, how do you find that special person? What are your dating skills like and how can you improve your preparation, presentation and communication when you meet someone new and in those early stages of dating?
We all have the ability to date – for some it’s natural, for others it’s their worst nightmare. Coaching will help you find the most natural way for you to navigate the dating landscape, and have fun doing it!
